We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. I cant give you to much crit, as I think its just great.
What I can say is it seems to lack a bit of depth, instead of the characters seeming a bit "behind" on another they seem to be on the same level. Makes the picture seem a bit flat. It might help if you fade out some features of the girl in the back. Like her back foot, making it fade a bit into the background.
Also the girl in the front could be outlined a bit more to make her stand out more. or at least parts of her body that appear "closer" to the viewer. Her back leg could be faded a bit too.
